Sites of interest:
The Internet is a wonderous place. This is why:

Moorcock's Miscellany
The ultimate site about one of the best (not to mention most prolific) authors around. Mike Moorcock was sub-editor of the Sexton Blake Library for a while and his first published novel was a Blake tale (CARIBBEAN CRISIS), so here's a guy in the know... and best of all, you can discuss Sexton Blake with him in the forums. But beyond the Baker Street detective, Mike's work is entertaining, challenging, inspiring and... well, just awesome! This is a not-to-be-missed website.

Jack Trevor Story
Guy Lawley says of Jack Story: "His writing has been abhorred by some, but also passionately loved by many." Mr Lawley, who very rightly falls into the latter category, has put together the definitive Jack Trevor Story website and it really is very good indeed. Sexton Blake is well represented, with plenty of information about JTS's twenty Blake tales, plus scans of the covers and mentions of the author from other issues. Mike Moorcock's ODYSSEY OF SEXTON BLAKE is reproduced (as it is on this site) and there's some interesting stuff about Victor Drago, the TORNADO's Blake-but-not-Blake detective.
Straying away from our favourite private investigator, there's also a huge amount of material about Jack Trevor Story's other works and if you've not read any of his non-Blake material, you'll want to after visiting this excellent site.

The Sexton Blake Page
This is the best introduction to Sexton Blake on the web - other than this site! Its creator, Jess Nevins is a busy man who does a great service to us lovers of all things pulpish; his The Encyclopedia of Fantastic Victoriana is an essential addition to your book collection. Be warned though, due to the time and effort spent on this amazing project, Jess hasn't been able to update his Blake page for two years and there are a few factual errors peppered throughout the text. Having said that, every study of Blake I've ever read has contained errors and I daresay my own site does as well; we are, after all, considering a massive body of work much of which is incredibly hard to find... and even if you find it, there's too much to read in a lifetime! Jess Nevins' service to Blake fans doesn't end with the Sexton Blake Page. He also treats us to a Zenith the Albino Page. This is the only Zenith website out there and it's a thing of beauty. Michael Moorcock was inspired to create Elric after reading Anthony Skene's Zenith stories; this site gives you an idea of why he found the character so compelling.

The Wold Newton Chronicles
According to noted science fiction writer and genealogist, Philip Jose Farmer, the Wold Newton families are people who are descended from a group of British aristocrats and their retainers who were passing the village of Wold Newton in the East Riding of Yorkshire, on Dec. 13, 1795, when a meteorite impacted the ground there. The families were exposed to high levels of ionization. This caused certain mutations in their genetic code and from these people, down through the ages, generations of heroes and villains have been born. From Tarzan and Doc Savage to Fu Manchu and Professor Moriarty, this site traces the family trees and timelines of a whole host of famous characters... including Sexton Blake.

Sexton Blake
An excellent and colourful overview of Sexton Blake but not one that updates. Good as a general introduction.

Written by Terry Fountain this is Thriller UK's introduction to the famous Baker Street sleuth.

Thrilling Detective
Just a brief overview but worth looking at.
